Digital Download Refund Policy
1. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds for digital downloads under the following circumstances:

Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same digital product more than once, please contact us for a refund of the duplicate purchase.

Unintended Purchase: If your purchase was made unintentionally and you haven't accessed or downloaded the digital product, you may be eligible for a refund. Please contact us with your order details.
2. Refund Requests
To request a refund for a digital download, please contact our customer support at pinkpalaceorders@gmail.com within 5 days of the purchase date. Be sure to include your order number and the reason for your refund request.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds for digital downloads will not be provided under the following circumstances:

Download or Access: Once you have accessed or downloaded the digital product, refunds will not be issued.

Change of Mind: Refunds will not be granted due to a change of mind or personal preference after the purchase has been made.

Can't access download: Please email and we will manually send access. Contact contact@pinkpalacedesigns.com
4. How Refunds are Processed
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow 2-4 for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
CUSTOM DESIGNS
Our refund policy offers full refunds during the design approval stage if the design does not meet your satisfaction.
Once your design has been approved and your order has proceeded to the printing and assembly stage, we cannot provide refunds.
In cases of defective or damaged orders, we strive to accommodate your needs by offering significant solutions, including a full refund if deemed necessary (proof of the issue will be required and returned for inspection).
Should any other complications arise with your order, reaching out to us will initiate the possibility of an exchange. If the received item is damaged or defective and cannot be exchanged a claim will be submitted with UPS. Once claim is finalized in favor a refund will be issued.
The processing time for refunds is estimated at 2-4 business days after the returned item(s) have been received. The customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
